REFRESHER COURSES
The Refresher Course at MMTTC is a structured professional development programme aimed at in‑service faculty. It provides opportunities to update subject knowledge, explore emerging trends in pedagogy and research, and engage with policy frameworks such as NEP 2020.
RCs are transformative platforms that empower faculty to remain current, innovative, and impactful in their teaching and research roles, while contributing meaningfully to institutional growth.
Through expert lectures, workshops, and collaborative learning, participants gain both conceptual clarity and practical strategies to enhance teaching effectiveness, research orientation, and institutional leadership. The programme also fosters peer interaction, encouraging faculty to share experiences and build networks for academic collaboration.
